Case and bezel
The housing consists of CuSn8 Bronze and has a double anti-reflective Sapphire glass. The bidirectional rotating bezel has an aluminium bezel inlay in the colour combination black - red. The bezel is with Superluminova BGW-9 ...to be provided. The housing is protected up to 50 ATM pressure tested, which corresponds to 500 meters. The watch has a screw-down crown.
The movement
This GMT watch is powered by an automatic movement from the Swiss company ETA. The movement ETA 2893-2 has a second time zone with an additional 24 hour hand. It is known for its reliability and is very popular mainly with pilots. Before assembly, the movement is subjected to a fine adjustment by our watchmakers.
The bracelet
The bracelet is made of black leather. The lug is 22.0 mm wide. Towards the buckle the strap tapers down to 18.0 mm. The pin buckle also consists of Bronze. The black leather strap in combination with the bronze case gives the watch a unique vintage look.
The luminous material
The indexes and hands, as well as the bezel, are marked Superluminova BGW9 luminous material. This innovative and powerful luminous material is manufactured in Switzerland. The bright and subtle blue tone of the luminous material ensures good readability in the dark.
Since bronze reacts with oxygen, a characteristic patina develops over time. On the one hand, once this patina has formed, the underlying material is protected against corrosion, and on the other hand the watch now acquires its individual character. Each watch will react differently over time, more or less patina will appear. It is precisely this effect that makes each individual watch unique and individual.
